Room wanted in Washington, District of Columbia...

Hello! I am relocating to DC from Delaware for a full-time teaching job at a secondary school in DC. I commute to work every day. I am quiet and organized. I like to keep my room and common spaces clean and organized. During my free time, I enjoy reading/writing, making crafts, watching movies, and singing. When the weather is nice, I enjoy exploring new places, hiking at a park, visiting local festivals, and watching concerts/performances.
In the past nine years in the US, I have shared houses and apartments with different roommates. I have very good relationships with previous roommates and I am always open for communication when there is disagreement or miscommunication. I respect others' interests, opinions and lifestyles and accommodate as needed. I still keep in touch with them by sending a card at Christmas or visiting them on holidays.
I would like to find someone who is responsible and easy-going to share a 2b2b apartment room in DC (Silver Spring, MD).
