Stable Income To Pay Rent And Play Video Games

I am a 42, single Male who is waiting for things (personal matters) here in Floridia and interested in sharing a place.

Myself, I stick to myself really, I earn a stable income to pay rent, and really just play video games and watch a few things to myself. I like to know the rules of the household and preferences, when are quiet hours, are the walls thin and if i do any pod casting / broadcasting would that be a no can do situation? If so i do not need to pod cast / broadcast. Rent is more important.

What is expected of the roommates, pinching in for cleaning supplies? sharing fridge space and given the most space to yourself which is fine or buying a small fridge eventually to avoid conflicts? are there certain foods and smells, like please do not cook curry dishes because it smells kind of rules? What Utilites are included or not included? is there a washer / dryer? microwave? dishwasher? I can make do with or without, i am very easy to accommodate.
