Room wanted in Beaverton, Washington County, OR

I’m a very chill person Friendly or not either is fine by me. I have a service dog certified by the ADA she is fully trained well behaved does not have accidents fully hypoallergenic. I am a father of a 3 year old girl i have custody of her on weekends but we spend all of our time together out of the house having fun and will only be using the room as a means to rest our heads at night. other than that I’m a gamer i spend 99 percent of my free time gaming and dont make noise.
