Actor/Singer looking for a place in Astoria

My name is Luis I am a gay man currently in the Bronx. I am Bronx-born, Florida-raised. Moved to the city almost a year and a half ago from Florida. I am looking to move ASAP! Preferably in Astoria but I am flexible. Just prefer to be as close to Manhattan as possible since I work there often. I am an actor and singer but my "day" job is catering where I usually work nights. I love to cook when I have the time. I lived in South Korea for a short time and I learned some recipes before I even got there, I love to cook Indian food as well. I also love fermenting foods so if you like kimchi and kombucha, I'm your guy! I am also very easy to get along with. I don't make enemies, I either make friends or acquaintances.
