Room wanted

I am looking for a clean, friendly, drama free happy and beautiful home/casita/condo/apt. to rent. I am a single mom of a sweet, kind and respectful 9 year old boy and I have him 50% of the time. During the work week we will be gone the entire day and home for dinner and sleep. I would love a large room and private bathroom as well as a pool or access to a pool but I am willing to look at different scenarios. I would like a place for at least a year or more.
