Room wanted in Tampa

I am a woman looking for a room to call home for myself and my service dog. I have a long term rental history with on time rental payments. My current landlord has decided to do something different with the property, hence my need to move. I am looking for a good sized room, a bathroom and a genuinely easy person to get along with. I do not want any drama or trouble in my life nor do I wish to start any. I will clean my areas and keep mutual areas clean as well.
