Quiet Ambivert Professional, Bound to Massachusett

I bring my own furnishings so an empty room with an adult size woman closet is all I search for. Parking for my personal car is a must. Massachusetts rents are very high but I'm born and raised here and I'm trying to find the right situation without up and leaving the state. I am a licensed cosmetologist here, and I like to go to work and leave for a couple of hours out of my day. If you want to co-rent to me, it'll be like ships in the night unless I'm in a kitchenette making myself something to eat. I spend little time doing so, as I am a vegetarian and only need very minimal prep/eating time.

If you have a pet or pets, that's fine with me. I have no dog or cat allergies but if you're going to be needing help cleaning up after them or pet sitting these animals please expect to compensate me to do so within the shared living spaces. I'd like to ideally find a roommate with ideal shared cleanup expectations and not leaving behind pet wastes that I will inevitably remove to keep things hygienic... Thanks so let me know! 🙂
