I am a female aged 38. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 07/03/2024 and have a budget of $750/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 18 and 99 years old.

I'm very easy-going and I love meeting new people, but I'm also perfectly happy to spend time by myself. I love humor and get along great with others who love to laugh. I enjoy cooking, reading (especially scifi), traveling, music and movies. I also make playlists constantly with all kinds of music. I have an associates degree and I'm a writer, artist and DJ. I'm an INFJ, so as a roommate you could expect me to keep to myself unless you make it known that you want to hang out. I use headphones for music and I'm pretty tidy but won't be upset if you're not as tidy as me.
