Northeast Native Moving Southwest

I am looking for a shared apartment with a room to rent in the budget range of $770-980 a month available June 30/July 1st. I prefer to live with another female but open to male/non-binary roommates as well. I am a youthful, laid-back, drama-free, well-traveled 40-something teacher and professional who has moved from north Jersey to Austin. I have no pets or children and prefer a pet-free environment. Currently employed full-time and working 2 jobs ; one remote and one out of the home. I am conscientious and considerate. Although I am a homebody, I spend time outside of the home when possible for variety. I cook but not very much so there is hardly any mess in the kitchen. The most important areas that should stay clean consistently are the kitchen and the bathroom. I do not wear shoes inside the house and I like common areas to remain tidy and free of clutter.
