Stuck in NJ! Trying to get back to Philly!!!

Hi, My name is Susan and I have found myself in a pickle after moving to NJ last August to help my Mom out. I went to Drexel and lived in Philly for 7 years after I graduated. I was living in Charleston for past 15 yrs. I love living in a city and have decided to make Philly my permanent home. I would prefer a house share for at least 6months to 1 year so I would have adequate time to find the right space, and obviously financial reasons since everything is so ridiculously expensive right now. I work really hard in F&B (specifically Catering) and have contacts in Center City to begin work as soon as I am able to relocate. I am a very caring and decent person; respectful of others physical and mental space and super tidy! I truly get along with everyone; I work with college age students to career Catering people my age and enjoy learning about everyones unique journey and perspective on life. Ideally I would like a private room/bathroom in a safe neighborhood close to Center City. Age, orientation, race, gender, no preference.
