I'm a 33-year-old professional male seeking a room to rent starting July 1, 2024. With a budget of $1,000/month, I'm looking for either a small or large room. My rent is consistently covered by my Mother, ensuring it's always on time, and I can provide references upon request.

My work spans across acting, filmmaking, and theater ushering, which reflects my passion for creativity and the arts. As someone who enjoys frequent movie watching, I'm hoping to find a space where I can comfortably interact with roommates in shared areas.
