Room wanted in Los Angeles, CA

I am a second-year college student studying political science who is looking for a room in the LA area. Currently, I am looking to move around July 3rd, but that date is flexible.

While not studying, I enjoy hiking, biking around, and having fun at the beach with friends. Also, while I love eating out, I also enjoy making meals and sharing them with the household.

As a housemate, I value a clean and tidy living space that is pet-free. I am also looking for a long-term rental situation as I plan on transferring into UCLA or USC.
