Looking for a room for myself/toddler!

Hi! My name is Uni!
I am currently searching for a room/living situation that fits my needs. Here’s a little bit more about my situation…

I live in Nevada but I also run my business out of California. I am rarely home, as I am busy at work but I do need a stable place to call home while I am traveling in California for work. I also have a toddler, and I am a single mother- so I would need the space to be welcoming to the both of us.

We are rarely home, as when I am in California- I typically am working around the clock and she is in daycare. We are also going to be traveling across the country and worldwide over the summer, so we really will not be there frequently. I just need a reliable place to call home (for now) when we are in California.

I am looking to be around someone who is quiet, peaceful and clean. No pets. No smoking.
