Looking for a room to rent (:

Hello, my name is Syre Hagen I am 23 years old and I am looking for a room to rent. I am originally from Washington state but moved here to Newport Beach about 5 years ago and have been sharing an apartment with my mother. We split the rent here at the apartment, with her name on the lease. So I have no previous records or history with a lease, but I am hoping that isn’t an issue. I have always been on time with paying my portion and keeping my side of the street clean, I also am very respectful and considerate to the people around me. Anyways, after finally getting settled here and finding a stable, good paying job, I am ready to move on and branch out. I work at Billy’s at the Beach in Newport Beach and on my free time I enjoy new experiences , exploring new places, and everything to do with nature.
