Hi! I am looking for a studio, 1 bdr, or room in a 2-3 bedroom apartment.

I am moving from Southern California to attend an MA food studies program this Fall.

Bit about me:
32, friendly, self-aware, and clean. Definitely like to make warm relationships with roommates and enjoy a calm/ peaceful home environment. In my free time I like to paint, make herbal medicine, run/do yoga, and visit art exhibits + restaurants.

I am in the process of applying to jobs - so a spot that accepts an out of state guarantor would be great.
