Nice, Old Fella looking for private room

Retired Attorney, Pilot, Sailor, Dad, GrandPa looking for a new place to call home. Originally from the east coast, I moved out here 3 years ago to be with my adult children and my grandchildren. I have been renting an ADU from a wonderful family in Altadena, and can offer them as reference.

I am a private person, easy going, reliable, trustworthy, who loves animals and riding my electric bike around the neighborhood, watching sports, reading, doing crossword puzzles, chess, naps, feeding humming birds, and my family. I can't do as much walking as I'd like anymore but I get around and am very self sufficient and independent.

The ideal place would be similar to my current situation (which, is now needed for the landlord's daughter who just graduated college and will be returning home at the end of the summer), an ADU, Guest House, Private room w/ Private Bathroom and entrance.

If you know of a place or have one of your own, please consider me for a possible tenant! I pay rent on time and truly like the simple things in life these days.
