NYC Roommate

Current Grad student at Columbia University looking for a room in NYC.

My ideal apartment would be sunny, friendly, and within 5 minutes walk of a subway line.

I am clean, respectful and friendly. I'm open to a more social or a more quiet apartment, and will adjust according to the mood! I'm really busy so I'm not home a lot, but when I am I tend to just chill in my room, or catch up with my roommates (if that's the vibe).

I've lived with several roommates before and would definitely support/contribute to a cleaning rota, which in my experience is really helpful to prevent any cleaning related tensions.

I'm fine with dogs or other pets, but unfortunately no cats because I am allergic!
