Teacher looking for a room for rent

Hi! I'm Shannon. I was just hired as a teacher at a charter school. I will also be getting my master's while working. I am 26. I am pretty easy-going and I get along with everyone. I love the Yankees and the Giants. I watch almost every game. I love to grab drinks with friends but I also love nights in reading and watching movies. I am organized and can cook/bake. I would love a roommate I can be friends with but I am also open to staying in our own lanes. I am very flexible. As long as you're communicative and respectful I know we'll be a good match. I am allergic to cats and some dogs (although I can live with hypoallergenic and some short hair dogs) so I cannot live with them.
