Room wanted in NYC

Hey there,

I'm Joe! I'll be moving to NYC from the UK at the end of August with work and am looking for a private room in Manhattan.

My wish list:
- Room that fits full size bed or larger with room for a desk
- Closet space
- Ideally furnished, but I am open to unfurnished
- LGBTQ+ friendly roommates
- Washer/dryer in unit and AC are always a plus

A little about me: I was born and raised in Belgium, Nigeria, Kuwait and England. I like to read, cook, bake and have friends over for dinners and game nights. I value clean common spaces and having the apartment quiet late at night.

I'd like to be friends with my future roommate but am open to just cohabitating as well.
