Looking for a quiet place to rent :)

Hi, I want to move away from the bustle of the town I currently live in (too much traffic). I'm interested in living in a quiet area with parks nearby. I'm very clean/organized, and pretty low maintenance in general. Don't need a very big space, content with a small room. It would be nice to have my own bathroom, but not necessary. I own a car so if there's street parking available that would be great. I work from home, but I occasionally will go to a cafe to work. I'd like to live with someone who is also clean and easy going.
