Looking for a New Start

When living with me you can expect a pleasant environment. I'm a polite and respectful person. I am clean and tidy up after myself. I'm also very quiet though friendly. I work from home each day and study a lot when I am not working.
I'm looking for a room, big or small, in a safe place.
I did mark a balcony as a requirement, but really just having any outside space to enjoy is important to me.
