Right place for right person

Looking for a shirt to long term house mate. The house is big with good fenced yard. I am on an assignment this spring and possibly a part of summer, so it will be mostly you and just one more person., plus a dog (April). Thee are two rooms. Both are furnished. Shared bathroom - $600. Enclosed bathroom - $750. I live on East side, walking distsnce to a cafe and bus station. Both me and my roommate are in our late 40s, quiet, reading and outdoorsy type.
