Individual Roommate wanted rooms available

Need an individual roommate. Room for rent with shared bathroom, Northwood and Strawberry area. Currently, my husband and I occupies the master bedroom upstairs. 1 furnished bedroom available with shared bathroom downstairs. Rent is $750 and security deposit is $400. We prefer NO pets, NO smoking and NO strong fragrance in the house due to allergies. We like a clean house as much as possible. Our pet peeves are dirty kitchen and bathroom, especially the toilet. So, yes, We're looking for someone who likes clean toilet and kitchen sink. We like to have family over for dinner occasionally. So, we don't mind roommates to do the same, only need notice so we don't have a lot of people over. Over night guests not allowed.
