Room (24x24) includes a dresser, closet, window AC unit, double size bed, nightstand, hard wood floors, 39”Flat Screen TV, BluRay player, and overhead light w/ ceiling fan. Rent is $500 a month. Rent includes all utilities, shared bathroom, Wi-Fi, cable hook-up, access to shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and the use of the washer and dryer.
Along with a completed background check, first and last month’s will be due before moving in. Six month or one year lease is required. No pets, no drugs, and no smoking.
