Convenient shopping nearby. 10 minute drive to downtown and UAB. 5 minute drive to Mountain Brook, Hoover or Vestavia Hills. Cute and well trained cats or dogs are OK. If you are gay, that’s Ok. No smoking or vaping anywhere by you or your friends. Moderate drinker or sober. Must be employed or full-time student. No work from home or self employed applicants.
