1 room available in a nice & secure building in the grand lake area! You will share a bathroom with 1 other person. The condo also has a large living room, balcony, and smaller kitchen (not the best for people who spend a lot of time in the kitchen).

The room has a hardwood floor, plenty of closet space, and a window facing the condo pool. The building also has a rec room, small gym, & sauna. The building manager is on top of security and keeping everything clean.

Looking for a chill & respectful room mate who keeps the common areas tidy & does not work from home.
