I am looking to fill my room as I am moving out of this great apartment after 4 great years living here. You won't find such a gem for this price anywhere else. Most furniture shown in the pictures are no longer there. If you have furniture, you can discuss how to place it with the current roommate.

Move in date is March 1, 2022. We can discuss an earlier date in Feb if appropriate.

About the roommate:
A lovely very busy female professional in her 30's who works and studies from home in the time being. She's quiet, super friendly, and respects privacy.

About You:
*Female working professional in her late 20s - 30s.
*Friendly and confident person
*Active and easy going
*Clean: you can keep the mess in your room :) but let's keep clean the common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.)
*Just a cool person!

This place is also cat friendly! Several cats have lived in the apartment and you are welcome to bring your kitty if there is one.

The prospective roommate will be added to the lease for the apartment. Shared living/roommates is done through the property management company, Lapham, so should you like to move forward after viewing the place, you will be filling out an application and submitting it to the management company.

Application requirement:
1. A completed and signed application. $40 application fee/Non-refundable (exact cash, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order,) made out to The Lapham Company.
2. Valid photo ID.
3. Proof of income (3 most recent paystubs, Schedule C form if self-employed, most recent tax return, a recent job offer
letter including projected pay if recently employed, etc).
4. $50 administration fee (For lease alteration). Refundable if application was denied for any reason.
