Room for Rent in Beautiful Alameda

I have a room for rent in the downstairs portion of my house. The room is spacious with a hardwood floor. Laundry room is down the hall. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Plenty of parking on the street, bus stop one block away. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and a toaster oven. There is no sink or stove, so cooking is limited. The two people who live here currently are an architect and a student who works nights. They are quiet and respectful, easy to get along with.
