Private Room for Rent

Hello,

I am moving and need someone to take over my portion of the lease. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large open concept kitchen and living room. The apartment also features a nice sized patio and the building has two laundry rooms. It is in a safe gated complex with a gym, pool. plenty of parking and very responsive management. The total rent for the place is $2,700 your portion would be $1,300 plus utilities which is about $70 divided in half. I have a pet which is an extra $40 a month which will come off the rent once I move. Woman preferred.

I am leaving the queen sized bed and a book shelf in the room. In the living room there is a TV, sofa and chair and dining set.

I want to move as soon as possible. I have already paid this months rent so whoever moves in will just have to pay from the date they take over the lease which the office can help us calculate. The deposit is $600.
