Alameda Craftsman - 2 Br - room available April 5

I am currently living in a 2 br craftsman in Alameda. My roommate is moving out at the beginning of April and i would like to find someone to take over his half of the lease. Rent is $1645 + utilities.

The house has a big living room and kitchen, sun room, and backyard. It also has a large bathroom with double sinks. Amenities include w/d, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

The neighborhood is centrally located. Within walking distance of parks, markets, and a couple good bars. The ferry to SF and Jack London is also a short drive away if you work in SF or Oakland.

I'm a male in my mid-20s; work full time in SF; enjoy film/TV, music, cooking, and being outside.
