Single Bedroom in Shared Townhouse

Hello there!

We are looking for a female housemate to occupy a single bedroom in our friendly and spacious townhouse in Bay Farm Island, Alameda! You?d be joining a four-person household. We are working professionals who take pride in providing a warm and comforting environment in our living space.

The lovely single bedroom has a sizable closet and lots of natural sunlight. The bathroom is shared between three people (including you!). We share the downstairs furnished public spaces which include living room, kitchen, dining room, and half bathroom. The house has a super convenient in-unit washer/dryer. Ample street parking is available, and a spot is available in the garage for $25.

The house is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, conveniently located near all amenities. 1 block away from AC Transit/Trans-bay bus and 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal. 5-minute walk from CVS, Safeway, and cafes/restaurants.
