Master Bedroom w/Bath for Christian Female, $1070

Hello!

We are looking for a new female Christian roommate to have the master bedroom starting ~7/1/21 for our 3-bedroom apartment in Alameda. Rent is $1,070. We share the cost of utilities and common food. The new tenant will have 1.5 closets and a (mostly) personal bathroom. The room is unfurnished.

We have a patio, a shed, laundry onsight, heating, and ample parking. We also have a very nice and responsive landlord.

We are in a great location in central Alameda near St. Joseph’s School.
-5 minutes drive to South Shore Shopping center (Safeway, Trader Joe’s, CVS, USPS, beach)
-5 minutes drive downtown Park St.
-10-15 minutes drive to Fruitvale BART
-10-14 minutes drive to Alameda Main St. Ferry
-5 minute walk to very nice neighborhoods


Who We Are
We are Christian sisters who care for one another at home. We commonly cook, eat, clean, and have fun together and open our home to guests. We work out our issues and support one another in our faith. We are looking for a new roommate to replace our current roommate who is getting married.

Expectations
-Pay rent a few days before its due date
-Help out with weekly chores
-Share the cost of utilities and common food items
-Eat a meal together at least once a week
-Bring up issues, talk them out, and resolve conflict
-Be mindful of noise due to others’ sleep and work schedules
-Confirm with others before inviting guests over
-Allow our church community group meeting here on Tuesdays 7-9 PM
-Attend a Christian church and small group

Restrictions
No illegal activity, alcohol, drugs, pets, communal TV, or overnight guests of the opposite gender.
