We are a couple (Chris & Ashley) with one well-behaved Shiba Inu named Yoshi and a cat named Flo.
We have a spacious, private room opening up at our South Shore apartment in Alameda, with a gorgeous water-view of Crown Memorial State Beach/Park.
The room has its own private bath/shower and two closets with ample space.
The complex has been under renovations and has multiple pools, hot tub, an impressive new clubhouse (which can be rented every day for private events/parties) and a brand new gym that is all included in the rent.
Any pets are 50$ a month on top of rent. One pet would be more than welcome as long as they are well behaved with other animals!
Looking for responsible individuals who would be able to rent until at least September 2022.
Chris: Longtime bartender in Bay Area (yes, there is a full bar at the apartment.)
Ashley: Longtime manager for large cosmetics company. Wine connoisseur extraordinaire.
