Private room with large closet

11ft x 13ft room with large 10ft closet and window that gets lots of natural light. Gated parking lot and building entry. All utilities (and internet) included. Less than a minute walk to the beach.

I’m looking for someone that mostly keeps to themself, LGBTQIA-friendly, cleans up after themselves but doesn’t need things to be spotless all the time. Must be okay with my cats (3 adult indoors that shy away from other people and are well behaved). No additional pets. Open communication. No smoking or strong fragrances (no 420 either, sorry. I have asthma).

There is lots of empty cabinet space in the kitchen for you, plenty of room in the living for anything extra you may have (couch, shelving, storage, etc), and a large balcony for lounging or gardening.
