The room available is a medium sized bedroom, that shares a bathroom with two other people. It comfortably fits a queen size bed, dresser, and other furniture. The room is removed from the street, gets great light in the afternoon, and doesn’t share walls with any other bedroom. The house is filled with plants and whimsical decor, new kitchen appliances, and a huge washer and dryer. The back yard is small, but has potential. The kitchen has a lot of storage space and there’s additional storage space in the garage. Tenants split internet, PGE, and water.
