Room available August only!

Hi!

I'm offering my room from the 20th of July until the beginning of September 2018. I?m going to be out of town travelling in Europe.

It's a good sized room with hardwood floors, clean, with plenty of light. Comes with queen-sized bed, desk, shelves and a closet that you're welcome to use.

The apartment itself is fairly modest in size. The shared area consists of a kitchen / living room, with sofas and TV. You'll be staying with my three lovely flatmates who are all working in and around the Bay Area.

Location wise, we're within close walking distance to:

* UC Berkeley
* Gormet ghetto (good area for nice restaurants and bars)
* Downtown Berkeley
* North Berkeley BART

From BART of course you can get to a much wider array of places: Oakland is less than 15 minutes away, and San Francisco about 30 or so. There?s excellent Uber and Lyft service too as you might imagine.

Great place to explore Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco or the wider bay area from.

There is on site laundry, card operated.

If you?re a cyclist you?re welcome to make use of my bike too, just take good care of it :).
