Spot In Double - Spring Semester

Hey! unfortunately have to move out, so there?s a spot in a double opening up next month (can move in as early as 15th of December) in a beautiful sunny apartment on Durant Avenue and Ellsworth for 975$/mo +utilities. It?s less than 2 minutes from RSF, and less than 5 minutes from the Walgreens on Telegraph. (Basically, as close to campus as you can get). It?s semi-furnished (bed and wardrobe), and there?s a fully-functional kitchen+living room. There?s also shared laundry on site ????

A little bit about my housemates: One us a masters student in computer science and The other is an undergraduate student in computer science! They?re super chill and easy to live with!
