Bedroom in nice Berkeley home with big yard and ga

Looking for someone to fill a room in a beautiful Berkeley house. There is no common area, but we do have a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, plus a huge yard that we made into the common area and the semi cheap rent is worth it. Looking for someone clean, peaceful, and mindful to leave the common areas in better condition than we found them. Looking foreword to meeting you!
