2B/2Bath 0.5 mile to CAL (Price recently lowered!)

I'm looking for two tenants to fill a double in a ground floor apartment on Parker Street. There is a gate at the entrance, that leads into the courtyard, so it's all shut in and safe. The room that you will be sharing a private bathroom, though there is another just a little ways down the hall. It's a 10 minute walk from CAL, and a 1 minute walk from a bus stop at the end of the street. Rent is $850 per person (PG&E and WiFi will only add $20 or so a month) There is a large laundry room in the community with multiple washers and dryers. The apartment is unfurnished, but I was going to try and furnish the living room when I move in; the bedroom itself will be unfurnished.

For an extra $100, there is uncovered parking if you also have a car.

NOTE on Social Distancing: Covid-conscious. I have been quarantining with one other person and my roommate, and so other than those people, I have not been in physical contact with anyone else. I expect that if you are applying, there will be no large groups of people coming over, and whoever does has been social distancing.
