Large, Beautiful, Sunny Room available in Berkeley

We are subletting our room from May 1st to June 30th or May 15th to July 15th at the Farmhouse, a renovated Victorian mansion in Berkeley that is a co-living space for creative, kind, adventurous people. Our house is fun, lively, and full of love.

The room is large and sunny with a view of the bay bridge. It's a great private sanctuary in a wonderful community house. We need someone who is able to water our plants and respect our no shoe/house shoe room policy.

The room breakdown is $1,173.36/month (room) + $180/month (food+toilet paper/misc - this is voluntary but recommended) + $65/month utilities.

The house offers tasty vegetarian house-cooked dinners Mon-Thurs. You can be apart of if you love making/baking or just share in conversations while breaking bread.
