About the apartment: A room + private bathroom in a 3 bed-2 bath apartment located in an apartment complex in South Berkeley close to downtown. Rent: $1425. The apartment is on the third floor- clean, modern, spacious, good lighting, with a beautiful west-facing balcony view of the Bay! 20 min walk to campus (36 and 12 both stop right at the intersection), 12 minutes walk to Trader Joe’s and Berkeley Bowl. The living and kitchen areas are furnished but the available bedroom is not.

About the roomies: My roommate and I are soon-to-be second-year Masters students at UC Berkeley. We keep a warm and supportive home environment, with lots of quiet time and respect for personal space, but also many movie nights and study sessions! We are absolute clean freaks, and love keeping our apartment pretty and welcoming.
