Room Available in Nice Central Berkeley Apartment

Hi there! We are looking for a roommate to share a 3-bedroom apartment, located in Central Berkeley.

The apartment is the upper floor of a Victorian house, about a 15 minute walk from Downtown Berkeley, in a quiet, good-vibes neighborhood. It's a really nice unit, from my perspective -- I've felt grateful to live here for the past 2+ years. There are hardwood floors in common areas; modern appliances; washer/dryer in-unit; two bathrooms; nature-themed decoration (you're welcome); shared outdoor area, and other virtues.

Our medium-sized bedroom will become available starting August 1st. The room is carpeted, has two windows, and has decent-sized closet space.

I'm Cal (Callan); 30 years-old, originally from the east coast, currently working on an album and "between jobs" working for Instacart. Additional interests include psychotherapy, Buddhism, being around trees, good movies.

Sam moved in January 2023; he's 27 years-old, from the UK, works in the sciences at Berkeley -- specifically in the study of radiation around the Earth's atmosphere (oversimplifying). He's been just about as good of a roommate as I could ask for these past few months!

Seeking someone who's interested in longer-term housing, 1+ years. Unfortunately no pets or couples. Straightforward application involving income verification through the landlord is also part of the process.
