The Home

Live in an updated, clean Oakland townhouse located in a townhouse community off 580, with a fantastic view of the Bay. A community gym is available for the roommates to share (although currently closed due to SIP).

Laundry is available onsite. And the home has an air conditioning unit. Communal space is on the first floor, with the bedrooms on the second floor.

Two parking spaces are available in the garage. If you'd like a parking space, it will be $50 extra a month. Otherwise street parking is readily available.

Communal space

The townhouse is open concept with a spacious kitchen. It comes with a balcony and back deck.

The Rooms

Master Bedroom ($1500 per month)
Large master bedroom comes with its own private bathroom with view, and a walk-in closet.

Large Bedroom ($1100 per month)
Almost the same size as the master bedroom. Bathroom is shared with the adjacent room.

Medium-size Bedroom ($900 per month)
Good size room, with shared bathroom.

Utilities
All utilities (electricity, water, trash) and cable/internet are split and is not included in the listed price. No animals, smoking, or drugs allowed.

We are looking for responsible renters who are employed and respectful of shared space. Rooms are available now and showings are available by appointment only.

Couples are welcome for the Master Bedroom only (not the other rooms), but will be expected to share in the split for utility costs per person.
