Master Bedroom w/ Privated Bath Available to Rent

Looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful of the space. We are veery friendly and kind and are mainly away working. We spend off days at the house resting and relaxing. The room is a great size with a private bath and patio. There also is a private entrance from the patio that leads to the back yard gate. Room is on the other side of the house near the laundry room and kitchen.

Utilities might change once winter comes and the heater may be used. Couples are welcome however an added utility charge will be added.
