Room for rent in Castro Valley

Have 1 room available in my home in Castro Valley near Trader Joe’s. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking. The room is available ASAP (deposit required). The room is not furnished. Utilities are shared. Renting the room for $850 per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Room has its own bathroom down the hall that has a toilet, shower and tub. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay 12 months, a non smoker, not allergic to pets (I have two dogs) and not too noisy.
