$1000 monthly $800 deposit , I have a Room for rent it is furnished with Full Size Bed and 2 dressers, with closet space, shared upstairs bathroom but there is a half bathroom down stairs that can be used as your private own, I live in a 2brm/ 1 1/2 bath appartment, in a 5 unit complex in Hayward, You will have full household privileges, bills included, rooms are upstairs, onsite parking, close to BART, I prefer a female with or without children, a couple, or student ,must have income to cover monthly rent at least, room available now, no inside smoking/ Call Marie for more info
