Tree-lined street. Walking distance to Grand Lake and Piedmont Ave. Biking distance to downtown, Temescal, and Park Blvd.

Room is 12 ft x 12 ft with a walk-in closet and will be $1350/month with a 1 year lease and security deposit is $1550. Move in date is flexible between 4/15 and 5/1. and security deposit is $1550.
