Sheffield Gardens

We live in a spacious home and lovely neighborhood in Oakland. We are looking for an older woman seeking connection and community to join us. We make decisions collaboratively, are mutually supportive and in regular contact with one another while maintaining our own independent lives. Being able to discuss and resolve issues is key. We are three women over 70 who are fully engaged with life, each in relatively good health. We value an aesthetically pleasing space, share household chores and enjoy the safety of not living alone. Your room is unfurnished. It is an unusually shaped attic room with sloping walls and a skylight for $900 per month including utilities, and WIFI. You must be comfortable living on the third floor and sharing a bath. A new garden is possible in a fairly large back yard.
