Hello! We are looking for new roommates to join our house. The entire house is furnished, and the room(s) can also come furnished. Location is only 10-15 min from Tesla and Facebook HQ, 5 min from many restaurants, and 10min away from major shopping centers and Asian food courts. Landlord does not live here (but will be there when needed).?
- 2 mins from highway 880/highway 84 entrance (but you won't hear any freeway noise!)
- 5 mins from Safeway, Sprouts
- washer and dryer in unit
- 3 private parking spots

Small room not available: $950/mo + utilities
Small room residents need to share bathroom
Master room available August 2, 2019: $1235/mo + utilities

Currently there are 3 girls living in the house already, all are working professionals.

Utilities are shared equally amongst all housemates regardless how many days one stays in the house or how much electricity/gas/water/wifi/tra sh one uses individually (for easier math...). So please do be mindful of how much you are using because everyone bears the cost.
Kitchen and living room both are fully furnished. We also have a front and backyard for you to use.
