Medium Sized Room Located In Downtown Newark

Move in date is open to whenever, the room comes unfurnished with medium sized closet space. Room for boxes and whatnot isn’t a problem, there is plenty of available storage. Shared bathroom( two roommates) and common space like living room and sunroom; cleanliness is never an issue. Two pet friends accompany us one cat and small dog. New appliances such as fridge, washer, and dryer. We spend most of our days either working or studying most times both. Really looking for a new housemate that enjoys hanging out, being kind, and looking for a safe and secure space to live and relax.
